KERMIA BEACH BUNGALOW HOTEL is a unique holiday resort situated in an attractive area right by the sea, on the left side of Cape Greco at the south-eastern corner of Cyprus. It is only 4 kms from the center of Ayia Napa and 50 minutes from Larnaca Airport.

Its secluded golden sandy beach, matches perfectly with the blend of blue from the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean sea and the blue backdrop of the sky. The complex consists of the main building and 154 bungalows all ground level, which are built in an area of 60.000 square metres, expertly landscaped and arranged so as to give the feeling of living in a small Cyprus garden village..

All bungalows are ground floor and nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious bungalows, built in harmony with nature and all modern amenities.

All bungalows are built in local Cypriot style with village type rafters, woven cane ceilings, furnished with local style furniture. Other facilities include individual air conditioning (hot and cold), telephone (direct dialling), 4-channel radio, satellite television, electronic safe, hairdryer and wireless internet. Maid service and change of bath linen is provided daily.

While living in the comfort and privacy of a bungalow, one can also enjoy the luxury of a hotel with all modern facilities including a Reception, Lounges with wireless internet, 2 Restaurants, Bars, a fully equipped Conference room and our “K” Minimarket which is well stocked with food, drinks, baby products, books, souvenirs and other supplies.

For the sport lovers Kermia Beach offers: 5 silicon-sand tennis courts (2 Floodlit), volleyball – basketball court, archery court, badminton court, minigolf, beach volley, gym room, sauna, massage and aerobics by the pool. Inline skates & Mountain bikes can be rented to explore the nearby area.

A full sports activities program organised by our K.S.C. trainers is offered exclusively to our guests from April to October.

Furthermore there are facilities for watersports, including windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, and others. For the diving lovers a PADI diving centre provides lessons and diving excursions for those who want to explore the deep blue Mediterranean sea.
